Whether it's an elegant affair for 200 or an intimate romantic wedding for close family and friends, your wedding day is destined to be filled with memories that will last a lifetime. 

R-Ranch has three beautiful locations for your wedding ceremony:  our 13,000 square feet lodge with a breath-taking view and a rustic elegant setting which can accommodate up to 250 people; an outside ceremony overlooking the Chattahoochee Mountains; or in our quaint Chapel on the hill.
 
Come visit us at R-Ranch.  Take a tour with our event coordinator and discuss your ideas and vision of the wedding that you have always dreamed of. When you book your wedding or event at R-Ranch in the Mountains, you enjoy:

  • Exclusive use of our lodge until 11:00 pm.
  • A four hour rehearsal scheduled prior to your wedding day.
  • The option of using our white chair covers, sashes, and table linens for up to 150 guests. 

Events by Dezine is the exclusive caterer to operate all catering and event related services at the R-Ranch Lodge.

Note:  Arriving guests pulling travel trailers or large RV's from Dahlonega should exit GA Hwy 60 North/ GA Hwy 9 North onto Yahoola Road for easier access to R-Ranch.  The route is marked with Lumpkin County Directional signs.  Our main entrance has a sharp hairpin curve that most RV's prefer to avoid.  Use Yahoola Road to Stonepile Gap Road for easier access.

Venue Fees

  • Lodge: Friday $3,200; Saturday $3,400; Sunday $2,000; Monday-Thursday $1,500.
  • Chapel: $350
  • Pavilion: $150
  • Outside Ceremony (Hillside): $700
  • College and Non-Profit Events: $500 Weekdays Only plus facility fee $250

A $1,000 non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve the facility for your date. In addition, a $250 damage deposit will be collected at the same time your event is booked and will be refunded one week after your event.

All final bills will include a facility coordination fee of $250. This fee includes administration, equipment set-up and facility breakdown.
