Chapel Hill Cabins
The Chapel Hill cabins, located on a forested hillside behind the R-Ranch Chapel, offer owners and their guests unique accommodations in rustic A-frame cabins set in the woods. Quiet and secluded, these cabins appeal to many R-Ranchers as a great way to enjoy "camping" in the woods – without the expense of owning an RV or the outdoor skills of setting up a tent. R-Ranch owners may stay in these cabins for a minimal fee of $3.50 per night for electricity as part of their ownership while owners' guests pay nominal nightly fees.
For nature-lovers and young families, the natural setting of these cabins showcases the best of the southern Appalachians: great views, dozens of different species of trees, colorful native wildflowers, and wildlife.
Each Chapel Hill cabin has basic amenities--electricity, cold running water, and small kitchen appliances--supplemented by two large, heated/air-conditioned bathhouses complete with showers and laundry facilities. Each cabin sleeps at least four people.
